Description

There is a Common Community Lot that has a walking trail down to the Lake shore. This lot is 300 steps from this lot. Take a nice winding stroll through the tree canopy to nice expansive views of the lake. Once down there you can head back up the shoreline and you will be at the local Captiva Mtn/Woudes Mtn common lot that is improved with Pavillion, picinic table, fire pit/chairs, floating docks. While we have always known about the ability to day-use the Captiva/woudes common lot, you essentially have to drive there (backtracking on the paved road for about a mile).
